Saima Noor was born into a Pathan family on May 5, 1967, in Multan, West Pakistan. She was raised in her own family in her birthplace and developed an early interest in the Pakistani film business.
Career
Saima Noor made her feature film debut in 1987 with the Pakistani film “Griban,” which was directed by Nagina Khanum. After that, she appeared in Akram Khan’s second film, “Khatarnaak.” In most Punjabi films during Saima’s early career, she appeared as an actor opposite Sultan Rahi. However, when film director Syed Noor began her career in Urdu cinema, she became known as a top actor.
Saima Noor became well-known in 1998 for the movie “Choorian,” which was also her most commercially successful work. The movie brought in Rs 200 million, making it Pakistan’s highest-grossing Punjabi movie. She became one of Lollywood’s top actresses through this method.
